Sliders on the Blackstone
« Reply #-1 on: October 04, 2015, 06:51:08 PM »
Beautiful night here in Minnesota. Felt like cooking on my Blackstone griddle. It sits in my garage now, so rust has not been an issue.

Started with some Hash Browns mixed with onions and 2 sticks of butter. ???  Topped with some cheese and Lipitor.

Then cooked up a few strips of bacon I needed to use up.  This gave me some nice grease for the Sliders.

I think flat top burgers are the best.

No plated pics.....too hungry.

Flattops are the best for anything, everything just sits and sizzles in whatever juices that are around them.

Yup, it was getting ready to rain the other night and we were gonna grill a couple of rib-eyes.....I got the hairy eye-ball from Wendy when I uncovered the Blackstone.......then later a big hug...she couldn't believe how good flat top steaks are........
