Chuck Roast Low and Slow
« Reply #-1 on: October 12, 2015, 02:28:01 PM »

Picked up a couple of chuckies the other day and did one low and slow, added some vegies, beer and doubled foiled for a few more hours. Once it was ready to pull apart I removed the foil and let it cook about another hour to cook down the liquid. My daughter suggested adding some rice and yes, it was a good idea.

Enjoy the pics.

Thanks Mike but I didn't call this one pepper stout because where I live you can't by beer until after 1PM on Sundays and I only had light beer.  ??? Did he say light beer  ???
