Buffalo Bacon Guacamole Sliders on the PK

We were jonesing for burgers last night so.....fired up the grill and the Grill Grates! The little burgers just got S & P to keep that tasty buffalo flavor. Not much fat in buffalo burger so tossed some bacon on first. At that point Bella wanted in on the grub! With a screaming hot grill these little jewels didn't take long at all. Plated with bacon, sliced red onion, tomato, and guacamole,  with a side of potato salad dusted with Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning. Oh yeah! Heaven on Earth!

MB I order it online. I found a place to get elk antlers for my dog and they sell game meats as well. It's not cheap so order when they have sales going on. www.elkusa.com

Check these guys out sometime...    They ship out of Wisconsin.   They'll run free shipping deals during the colder months, and I'll pick up a dozen lbs of ground bison to stash in the freezer.    Pretty good stuff!
