Chicken Quarters and CSRs
« Reply #-1 on: October 11, 2015, 04:54:52 PM »
Dusted off the stick burner yesterday for 16 lbs of quarters and 5 lbs of CSRs.

What's that?  Sauce???

Nice smoke ring for a high temp cook.

Thankfully, Mrs. S_B cleaned all of the meat off of this pile for me.

Cheese bagels make everything better.

Cleaned up the patio a little bit after I cleaned up the offset.

I leave a heavy layer of cooking spray on the griddle......next cook...heat it up and scrape it off and get your grill on...............

I just took all the covers off for the picture.  The only one without a cover is the Jumbo Joe (still trying to figure out why Weber doesn't make one).

Hahaha!  It breaks up the grease stains.  Seriously though, it was there when I moved in.

I just had an idea... stacking the two middle sections together to make one really tall 14.5" WSM.

Great looking cook and setup. It amaze's me that people still don't realize that you spray-paint on grass not cement.
Love to cook and eat
