I prefer stubbs, it doesn't have (to me) that charcoal taste. It's clean and tastes more like a wood grilled flavor in your food

I am already in my seventies and we also don't like heavy smoke taste anymore. I use the PBC most of the time for smoking and grilling. I use Stubbs most of the time..I do run the PBC 30 minutes or so before I put the meat on. I want a good clean burn,so I don't get that heavy smoke. Of course without a doubt I would choose the PBC.
