Flat-Top Turkey Burgers on the PK
« Reply #-1 on: October 23, 2015, 11:54:31 AM »
Turkey burgers can be both bland and dry. Not these buggers!  No measurments here. To a lb. Of ground turkey I added grated onion, minced garlic, grated carrot (for moisture), an egg, bread crumbs,  my new favorite bbq sauce from Eat BBQ, Sriracha Sauce, S&P. Mixed good by hand and formed into 4 balls. Into the fridge for about 10 hours to get happy!
Fired up the PK with the flat-side-up GG's. Once heated up, patties were formed and cooked about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Buns toasted, smoked calico cheddar melted on top and served with sliced onion, pickle, The Next Big Thing BBQ Sauce, and a drizzle of more Sriracha sauce. Pan roasted brussells sprouts with bacon were served alongside for a most flavorful meal! Cheers! 8)

I think this is the first time I ever heard of someone getting rid of their PK........rumours are swirling that PK is going to release a larger model based once more off of an original mold they have..................
