First KBQ ribs

Did a batch of ribs today. They turned out pretty good but I need alot more practice with this cooker.

I used hickory. Ran the pit around 225f for 4 hours. Did some no sauce, kah meats sauce, and some blues hog sauce. The blue's hog was the best.

They look great!

To me I would think that the KBQ almost cooks like a pellet grill because of it's convection fan.

I love my ribs done in my pellet grill at 265F. You think that might work better at 265F?
