Let us know in advance so we can drive there in time for dinner.  We would love to help you out by judging your ribs.  The p[ictures alone look outstanding.

Good looking ribs.  I have found my best method to date is 275 on the pellet grill for 3 hours by the Fast Eddy Method.  Then using 50-50 Blue Hogs Original and Tennessee Red for about 15 minutes to finish.  Toddler put me on the Blues Hog and it is excellent.

I didn't expect any samples from this cook but the wife went through Sandman's Beer & Wine and he sent some of the ribs for me. There were 5 ribs, I just ate 3 for lunch and they were delicious!!! Ribs are never as good re-heated and I do them like most small servings, reheat in the microwave just long enough to get hot.

I liked the ones with Blues Hog the best. They had a nice light smoke flavor and tender. I know they had to be better right off the smoker. That boy feeds the ole man pretty good with his samples sometimes! Thanks Brad!!! Don
