I started with some chicken legs after a brine in sea salt and air dry in the fridge. Seasoned with some BD's Kahuna rub. Thanks so much Sparky...





Then I hit them with some Reaper...





Circle the wagons on the lil Joe with Stubbs...



Finishing them off over the coals...



All done...





Plated with spinach salad and seafood salad...





The wings were great! The sweetness of the rub went great with the spice and stubbs smoke!

I am late to this thread - I am sorry. But when I saw the title, I thought it would be some shots of T's legs... Have to say these are much better than my expectations - very nice, Mike!
