You may be one of the last men in America with a stash of Soileau's - I'm jealous.

Mike, that pork chop is making me very hungry just looking at it!

Are they making the Soileau's again?

Pat (SquirtTheCat) sent me a bottle of that about five or so years ago and I loved it.  Last time I tried to order some (years ago now) I was told they'd moved away from the central Indiana area and stopped making it.

Edit:  I just did a search and I cannot find it anywhere.  Their blog site has not been updated since June 2010.

I'd sure love to know if they're making it again and where I can order some.

Note: There was also another Soileua's Seasoning that was a different company altogether and it was NOT the same.

They closed down their business about 4+ years ago for health reasons.   I met them for lunch one day before they moved back to Louisiana, and he was in pretty bad shape.   Back issues from a workplace accident.   He couldn't handle another Illinois winter.
