So I have had a backyard Reno going on for 3 months months now. Decided to put a pool in for the kids.
I had no access to the yard for almost 3 months and that meant no Egg!
Got her moved into a temporary spot and fired her up.. Man I missed the smell of charcoal burning
Seasoned some steaks while the spuds were on cooking
Always wanted to try a compound butter on my steak. So I made a saffron, garlic and cayenne compound.
Steak on the hot as hell egg for 4 mins per side
Served with curry sautéed mushrooms and the spuds topped with habanero cheese and sour cream
