How is the construction of it compared to your backwoods smokers.  I like the Humphreys battle box.

Better construction.  Especially in the doors.     (our BWS doors are constantly coming apart)

I looked at a battle box at our dealer - nice little cooker!

Burn in and maiden voyage on 12/5.   We're taking a break this weekend.

Nice cook Squirt.  Bet that puppy wasn't cheap

Lets just say that it doubled the net value of my old Ford Ranger driving home!
It was only $1500  ::)

I'd like to know about cooking ribs from frozen.

Would you fill in some details when you have the time?

Great looking rig, Pat.  One good season with that beast should allow you to recover the initial costs.  Waiting to see your first cook.  I'd also like to hear more about cooking ribs from the frozen state.
