I was thinking about this Pam...do you have a blacksmith nearby? ( NO...NOT for your shoes...HORSE SHOES.... :D :D :D) Because - if the area is enough of a dent - perhaps a little tap with his hammer on it would flatter it out, then - you could do as Ahron suggests above???

Of course - the guys at the collision repair center could likely do the same thing. Just be clear that you do not need the pan to be turned into a fender for your Land Rover ... ;D ;)

When I got my pan I had someone help with the seasoning and they screwed it up badly. I ended up taking a wire brush on the end of my drill and scoured all the finish off inside the pan. Then I washed it really well with soap and water 3 times. I dried it on the stovetop and then started the coconut oil seasoning. I seasoned it 4 times and it is perfect. I can cook a beautiful crispy edge fried egg with no sticking. I always warm it up on the stove after I wash it with water to dry it completely and apply a very fine amount of coco oil before I put it away. if it was me I would keep it and season it well. It will darken over time and probably not be noticeable.
Thanks bunches..gonna try it. I am a do it yourself kinda girl, do they make the rotary sanders with the 600 & 1200 grits?  I also have a nephew that does this kind of work, lucky me. I'm excited again. I am keeping this pan.  just sayin. Will let ya know how it comes out. Thanks bunches guys...your all the greatest.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Pam, unfortunately, again, this is one of those hard to answer without being there. But, by the sounds of it, it is time to cook something. I'd try some bacon or a high fat burger.

Point being, if it is looking and feeling good to you (and you have a lot of excellent experience) it is time to cook... IMHO...
