chicken and beans
« Reply #-1 on: October 17, 2012, 11:19:41 PM »
wife says i eat to many beans on the grill.  fine.  buy me something else i can put in my cast iron.  until then.  I live in happy town.

alrighty now. what should we cook on.  it looks cool but this weekend 2 of them are getting sold.

got some hot whang rub.  i like it.  not saltly at all.

threw down a foil pan w/ the kids beer in it.  the lamb clod is my daughters.  shes cooking it.

found some beans.

getting a crisp on.

i don't know how ya'll sauce your wings but the old portuguese way is to pile them up and them pour sauce over the top.

tomatoes, beans and some wings.  yummy.  banana pudding and milk on the side.

i've been a good boy.  my wife gave me a happy face on my pudding.

good meal.  got a kiss for this one.

For simple, it's hard to beat good ol' beans cooked in some black iron on the grill.  The wife must agree or you wouldn't have gotten that kiss!

That row of Webers just looks so cool!

Sparky,
You need to give Tee's beans a try.  Here is the link to his recipe.  http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=939.0

He made these at the Fall Gathering.  They are the best beans I have eaten.  I'll be making these soon myself.
