Started with these...





Some liquid gold(oven rendered bacon fat)...



The tails were brushed with the liquid gold and seasoned with Big Kahuna. The rib eye was seasoned with steak it...



Cook Air loaded with Applewood chunks...



3...2...1... We have ignition



On they go...



Two minutes a side...



Plated...



Caesar salad with anchovies...



Interior shot...



And dessert :P

Great looking meal. I've got the Air Grill also but it doesn't like the cold weather here. Tried it at 10 below Celsius and it wouldn't get hot enough to sear. I know it will work great in the spring though.

I have used it on cold nights and it got got hot but obviously in those cold conditions I wouldn't know. Glad I don't have to find out.
