I like Johnsonville Brats, but do not like the high sodium content.  They are not unlike most of the other commercial sausages and meats that you see in supermarkets; all use a lot of salt.  I try to limit my sodium intake, so make my own brats and sausage so I can control the amount salt that I use.  Only wish Johnsonville did not have so much, so I could make my job easier.
