Seared Salmon
« Reply #-1 on: January 20, 2016, 12:04:31 PM »
Started with a couple Salmon filets rubbed with bacon fat and seasoned...

Onto the Air-Grill loaded with Applewood chunks...

Only took around 4 minutes to cook them...

Plated with fresh fruit and salad...
