Started with this...





An hour in the marinade...



Onto the Air-Grill loaded with Hickory and set to DEFCON 5...





A few minutes a side and they are done...





Plated with salad and fruit...

Good point Turtle. I am lucky my local store even had the meat and marinade. I would need to make a special trip for some :P

Tee and I stopped at a Korean restaurant recently.  We each had the Bulgogi bowl.  Next time I am ordering Bulgogi ala cart.  You get more that way.  Your BBQ looks great.
