Looks really good!

Just a note, if you drop the image size a little then the photo wont be so big yet it will be large enough to view the entire photo without scrolling.

  The recipe is pretty easy and you can add and subtract things as you like.  Soy Sauce, Garlic, a touch of Veg. Oil, White Sugar, and green onions.  If you want a little spice, you could add red pepper flakes, or a touch of siracha.  Let them marinate over night if possible, then just a quick sear on the grill.
