The weatherman was wrong again and no rain came, so plans changed fast! These flanken-cut ribs were meant for yesterday, but got bumped for pizza, then the weatherman called for rain, so no long rib cook. Then the Sun came out!

Just EVOO and Tatonka Dust with the PK purring around 250F. I was going to sauce as they finished over the coals on the GG's, but they looked so good naked I just let them finish. Plated with a brown rice-wild rice blend and a salad.
