Started with these seasoned with Super Pig...



Onto the Weber...









Ended throwing them back on direct over the coals to crisp up the bacon a little but boy were they good!

Sadly I bought supplies to make a couple dozen for the game but ran out of time.  :-[

Wow, those look good!  Did mine this year in the Masterbuilt smoker--I think they were excellent, even if I have to say so myself.   they must have been--they were gone in a NY minute!   Almost missed getting a couple myself.   Of course, I pulled the cook's choice and had to sample one before I took them to the party!  LOL
