Setup indirect with the Adjustable Rig, I coated in mayo and PBC all purpose rub. At the end I sauced them and put back on for a few minutes, came out great

Thighs and legs are my favorite. That is classic old school bbq there. Love the black crispy skin. My Daddy would be proud of that chicken.

 Kerry had a tooth surgically removed yesterday and needs soft food.  I think I'll get some thighs for dinner after seeing this. If I cut them up for her they should do real well.

Well the thighs on the kettle were awesome! Thanks again for the idea. Kerry didn't eat the meat (her loss) but she didn't seem to have a problem with my sisters key lime pie!
 Her mom and I took good care of the thighs! And some pie...

Wow Don I have a friend that cooked bluefish in a Dishwasher & another defrosted a turkey in his hot tub but cooking chicken in a dryer......I got to try that one ;) ;) ;) ;D
