Very nice Mike! Although I like my tri at 132F. Nice salad and ABT's are always a treat!

I have tried them at 132F also. I wanted to try 140F this time and I went for 8 hours. Usually I only go 4 hours. Man this tri-tip cut like butter and tasted so good!

Cattle is my favorite cut of beef ;) ;) ;) ;) I like it all from tender to tough......bring it on baby ;D
