So, how well do you like your slow 'n sear thingi? I think I would like one for the campground instead of hauling around my electric smoker. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
Keeping in mind that I haven't tried the "Sear" aspect of it, I still like it for low & slow cooks. I'm a little disappointed that I'm not getting the 6-8 hours as advertised, but I'm still happy with it.
One day, when they're on sale, I'd like to try some reverse sear steaks. I think it would really shine in that case.
