Chicken thigh Ka-Bobs
« Reply #-1 on: April 03, 2016, 09:23:35 PM »
Had a lot of work to do this weekend and didn't have much time Saturday for cooking so I saved Sunday night as my grill night :D

I made grilled chicken thigh Ka-Bobs with pineapple chunks then brushed with a pineapple BBQ sauce (recipe after the pictures)
I made my favorite spuds with Chip and Dip powder from Penzey spice co.

After grilling I brushed the new sauce on them

Removed them from the kabob holders and added a little dipping sauce

Sauce...     2 cups Sweet Baby Ray's, 1 cup pineapple juice, 4 Tbs honey and 1/4 cup of brown sugar.

Mix all together bring to slow rolling boil and simmer for 20 mins or so then your ready to use
