Rotisserie Chicken on the Old Weber
« Reply #-1 on: April 24, 2016, 08:17:13 PM »
This was my second go at the rotisserie I got recently. We are really enjoying the food that comes off of it!
I started with a 5lb hen. Trussed it, put her on the spit, rubbed with mayo, seasoned with Big Ron's "In The House" and plenty of Savor's WOW. Into the fridge for a rest, and then cooked indirect with RO Lump for about 1:45 until IT of 157F, set to rest for a bit, until thr sides were done. Served with my wife's toasted almond garlic kale salad, and fiesta corn. This made for a very nice Sunday dinner!
Cheers! 8)
