Excited new owner of the PBC. I got tired of the cheap offset smokers and was very close to purchasing a ceramic until I accidentally stumbled upon the PBC on youtube. I watched over 5 hours of youtube videos this past Sunday and I was hooked. I woke up Monday morning and ordered it and it arrived today!!! I can't wait to hang some ribs this weekend. Okay a little about me now. My name is James and I currently live in San Antonio with my wife, 2 children and 2 dogs.
