Lots of good advice!  I'm sure you'll be happy with whatever you choose.  There's a lot of differences in controllers out there I believe the Rec Tec has one of the best if the Blazn has the same then it s going to be  a hard choice.  Don't forget that the Rec Tec has an interior light not sure if anyone else's does.

I really appreciate all of the info and advice.  Can anyone comment on the pellet consumption rate of a blazn grill grid iron? I found it for the rec tec.
Thanks

I don't have my findings anymore but I did major pellet consumption testing in a Rec Tec for Eric at Simi Pellet Grills. For being a large barrel design it performed nicely and was a pellet miser. I used GMG gold blend and Lumberjack Oak and Perfect Mix for the testing. The lumberjack Oak pellets out performed all three on the Rec Tec.
