First Ribs on the BGE
« Reply #-1 on: April 24, 2016, 08:01:13 PM »
Never tried ribs on the green monster. Let's give it a go.
Lit the lump with some hickory

Got up to 250

Rubbed with cym and some of Sparkys Vodoo rub

1 hour in

Foil love ready

Hour back on.. Removed from foil  and back naked.. Reserved foil juice

Basted with the juice for 45 mins and pulled to rest

Plated with some pit beans and some salad

Didn't have enough smoke to get a good ring but tasty non the less..
