New From Arizona
« Reply #-1 on: October 30, 2012, 08:26:54 AM »
Hello from Peoria, AZ.  Somewhat of a newbie (full newbie to this forum, though a member of others), but I have done a number of smokes.  I am the full owner (no liens) of an UECB, which I have grown to love (we are a strange breed).  It has been fully modified to all published recommendations and it now operates pretty well.

I am retired and into muscle car restoration ('69 Camaro convertible), leatherwork, pen turning, raising bonsai, knife making (in my past) and misc. other little activities, besides now plowing into smoking.  Looking forward to participating in the forum.

Hey Dean!
Great to have you here! And...I will bet a lot of folks here would love to see your UECB rig. Could you post a thread about that when convenient for you? We have a "modified" pits section - I guess that would be a good place for it.
We are glad you joined us - please let me know if there is anything I can do to assist-
Thanks!

Welcome deanoaz from Southern California  ;)

Did you happen to attend Harvard University based on your "illegitimus non carborundum" or do you dislike people grinding you down?
