Gyro Lovers.....Take Notice!

Ok this is a great idea and I can't take any credit for it. It came from John over at  www.grilling24x7.com
He's a good guy with quite a few interesting ideas!
BRAT GYROS!
Yes you heard me right! Bratwurst gyros!  Sliced thin the wurst is very similar to gyro meat! Throw in a nice tzatziki sauce, onions, tomatoes, and feta cheese, on some flatbread, (we used naan) and It is a whole bunch of wonderful! Served with the last of Pappy's cucumber dill dish made for a very easy and much flavorful meal! A big glass of PK Sun tea topped it off! :D

I got 4 slices per brat. I think you could get 5 or 6 per brat if you would be more patient than me and let them cool a bit!  :D
