I agree with Smoke on the fact that it is nothing like what is on TV.  Until I did a competition, I never truly appreciated the time and effort it took to participate.  Thanksgiving dinner has nothing on a 4 meat competition! (in terms of work, time, etc)

I love the rig - that is a great set up!

Looking forward to the next segment :)
