Can The PK Grill Cook Beer-Can Chicken?
« Reply #-1 on: August 11, 2016, 09:07:53 AM »
You bet! I took the top grate off, got my pan of lump/briquettes going and put the hen down on the charcoal grate. Also to cook a couple potato packets I put the Little More grate over the pan of coals. It fits perfect! The chicken was given a coating of Big Dick's Margarita Rub. Packets consisted of tater tots, hash browns, onions, garlic and Savor's WOW Seasoning. I also added a handful of Milt's Apricot Rosemary pellets for an added flavor!
Served with a garden salad topped with a bit of blue cheese.
