Filet for Sunday
« Reply #-1 on: September 11, 2016, 10:36:29 PM »
I decided to cook a piece of filet for dinner. Cut some squash and onions and wrapped in foil with butter and garlic.
Nice way to finish the weekend.
I am still getting peppers on my plant so I stuffed a couple with fresh cheese , garlic and a touch of Greek yogurt. I hope these keep coming... It has produced very well this year.
