A Simple Dinner
« Reply #-1 on: September 28, 2016, 07:29:25 AM »
Salted and air-dried some chicken legs in the fridge about 16 hours.  Dusted up good with Way Out West and along with a potato/onion packet got tossed on the pre-heated PK grill. And after maneuvering around a bit, they were ready to pull after 45 minutes.  Served with a fresh salad with tomatoes and garlic. Sometimes simple is best! 8)
