I used to buy whole tenderloins, also.  I liked having ready-to-cook meat like that for dinners.  Now that we have eaten down our freezer and I have some room, I will start looking for some good looking whole tenderloins, again.

Dave I was just out to my butcher and his whole boneless rib eyes are $8.59, whole strips are $6.59 and pork butts are $1.89. He didn't have any whole beef tenderloins out. Don

Nice work there.  I have often looked at the whole tenderloins at Costco but I was not sure how to finish the process and didn't want to take a chance on destroying such a beautiful cut of meat.  Thanks for the post - it may be worth a try.
