FE Babyback Ribs
« Reply #-1 on: January 06, 2017, 06:19:24 PM »
Trying the Fast Eddy rib recipe for the 1st time. Usually do the 3-2-1 and foil with pink butcher paper. Picked up these 2 racks of baby backs at a local Asian market as they were on sale. I am not doing the glaze because my wife and kids don't like wet ribs D:

Alight not sure if I will do 3-2-1 or foil method again. These ribs came out amazing. The only downside is going 275 on my pellet smoker left no smoke ring and only a hint of smoke flavor. I will have to use my AMNPS next time. But other than that, the meat was incredibly juicy and tender. The bark was out of the ball park!

The 1st rack finished a little early and I had to close off the kitchen to get the rest of the dinner ready. Family ate half of 1st rack and would have eaten the whole thing without dinner being completely ready...bunch of savages I tell ye!; see 1st pic below.

Smoke ring or no smoke ring, I will clean some of those bones for ya

You could always cold smoke the ribs for a while and then do Fast Eddies method.................
