Looks great to me too! Once you spatchcock a bird or two, it's hard to go back to cooking them any other way.

It was pretty good, moist and juicy.
The rub wasn't bad. Years ago I used to use Webers "Beer Can Chicken Rub" and it was really good, cant find it anymore :(
Have been on a hunt for a good rub for chicken, suggestions?? ;)
