It is a cold cloudy day here in the valley so it is time for some smoked comfort food!
Rubbed down -2- 4 lb chuckies last night with Pappy's Prime Rib Rub.
Shot em up with CI Roasted Garlic and Herb Injectable Marinade and got em in the Shack at 250 degrees with Pecan wood for smoke.
This is gonna take a while................
