No rush at all Dave. Thanks for doing this. And, any input you have about the potential of being able to use it on other manufacturers pellet grills is very much appreciated.

This pizza oven could be the springboard for one heck of a direct cooking option as well..............

I can see many steaks being cooked in "salamander" fashion...except in this case - the heat rises from below, rather than force blasted from above.
