Pork Ragu?
« Reply #-1 on: March 24, 2018, 11:40:01 PM »
Sort of. A while back Smokin Don posted a Pork Ragu and Grits recipe. So I thought I would try it. With a few changes.

I used pork blade steaks. Here are 3 of them (about 5 lbs) on the recTec.

Cooked them for about 3.5 hrs at 250*. Here is one that was done.

While the pork was cooking, I made the sauce in the insta pot.

I cut up the pork and put it in the sauce and cooked on slow for about 3 hours.

I didn't have grits, so I made it with risotto. Here it is with a piece of garlic toast.

Turned out very delicious.

Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.
