Breakfast on the GMG
« Reply #-1 on: April 23, 2018, 02:06:45 PM »
I have started cooking my bacon on the pellet grill and really like how it turns out and then the other day I came across a recipe for oven baked eggs, so I figured why not cook the eggs in the GMG with the bacon.  The Eggs turned out really good they were light fluffy with a little smoke flavor and bacon was very good as well, might try slightly less time on the bacon next time.

I had the eggs in the pellet grill for 35 minutes @ 350 and the bacon 25 minutes @ 350.  I had the bacon right on the grill and the eggs in a casserole dish on the rack.

Here are the pics of the breakfast.
