Baby backs with my TMB’s rub

I have not really used my home built pellet pooper this year like I wanted to so I told Kimmie ribs for Saturday!
I’m smoking ribs with my homemade rub and using Angry Ortchard Hard Apple Cider as a spritz
TMB:
Tossed on a few brats and will let them smoke for awhile then I will simmer them in the Angry Apple Cider
