Smoked Baby Backs
« Reply #-1 on: August 28, 2018, 04:06:31 PM »
I fired up the Jim Bowie last night & smoked a rack of baby backs.

I rubbed them with Jan's rub & put then in the fridge overnight.

I smoked them for three hours @225°, wrapped them with butter, molasses, & apple juice, and cooked them another two hours.
I then basted them with Sweet Baby Ray's and smoked them another 45 minutes.

Plated with mac & cheese and whistleberrys.

Brother, I think you've got that pellet smoker dialed in. Those ribs look fantastic!
