Christmas Day Breakfast Fatty
« Reply #-1 on: December 26, 2018, 11:27:58 PM »
Kinda has become a Christmas tradition that I smoke a breakfast fatty at home and bring it over to folks and heat up In oven. Heist as morning. It is always a balance of how much you can put in it and still get it to close. I did 10 eggs, shredded cheese, sautéed one onion and one bell pepper, 1lb maple sausage. It turned out really good.

Just yesterday I was explaining to my granddaughter what a "fatty" is.
That picture would have been the perfect example to show her.
But then I would have had to make her one this morning for breakfast. :D :D
