Rosemary Garlic Focaccia

Roget:
V has been asking me to make her some focaccia for some time, so yesterday I accommodated her.

I infused olive oil with garlic, rosemary, & thyme.  I mixed some of the oil mixture into the raw dough.
I poured the remaining oil on the prepared dough & baked it.
After baking, I sprinkled a bit of Parmesan cheese on top.

Some of the best tasting focaccia I have ever made.
I served it with homemade creamy potato soup.
