I make pizza! Her and our daughter are on a roadtrip to find a future home for the next 5 years while at Ohio State, she just graduated UGA and is attending Ohio State for her PhD. Since they're gone, I have to fend for myself. I was going to make a little video but just settled for pics instead.

I made up some Ischia Sourdough pizza dough using my starter living in the fridge a few days ago. I took that out and let it get nice and warm outside. I also made some no cook sauce a few days back as well as some homemade pizza sausage. I felt like making a little combo pizza so I took some of that sausage and a little pepperoni and added some peppers and onions. I used provolone and fresh mozz and slapped it in the Ooni Koda. Just to have a little variety, I made a Margherita as well.

I ate 1 slice of the Marg and 2 of the Combo and am full. I will come back for more later!
