calzone from cracker crust recipe

TMB:
So I wanted to try making a calzone out of the cracker crust.  Issue is prebaking really seems to make a difference

But I tried and it was ok at best.  Had a small blow out in the rear seam but it was tasty

One thing I know is this type dough has issues with streching IT DOES NOT LIKE TO.   But, I hope with a few more things to try I'll get around that issue
