Ribs on the Jim Bowie
« Reply #-1 on: May 29, 2019, 11:09:31 AM »
I smoked a couple of racks of baby backs on the Jim Bowie yesterday.
I finally tried out my new A-Maze-N smoker tube on this smoke & was impressed. Lots of smoke!
I used Jan's rub on both & then basted with different sauces for variety.
Flavor was very good on both.

They don't look so good on the plate, but they tasted great.

I still have a bit of trouble with my ribs getting a bit dry when I use the pellet grill.
After smoking I do wrap them for a couple of hours, but they still tend to dry out a bit.
Any suggestions for me to try???
