Here is my recipes for low car sausage balls


2 cup shedded cheese
1 3/4 cup Carb Quick mix
3 Tbs water
1 lb sausages.   
1 tsp Psyllium husk fiber
Combine and roll into balls cook at 350 til golden brown


Number 2 recipe and my favorite

2.5 cups cheese
1.5 cups Carb Quick mix
3.5 Tbs water
1 lb sausage
1 tsp  psyllium husk fiber





   This is the second recipe sausage ball

Tommy - I can't even spell "pee-silly-yum." Best just make a recipe of each and send to me for testing. If you have to choose, I'll take the one with the most cheese.

Old Hickory:
Looks and sounds good Tommy. Maybe a cream sauce for dip would be good with this.
